Swollen red joints w/ pain could be anything from autoimmune disease or infection. Blood work could give evidence that there is infection. If all your joints hurt but none of them are swollen/red/feverish then it's probably not infection. Routine cold viruses can cause joint pain as well..so don't get worried about this. If you have a history of rheumatoid arthritis or lupus in your family then those are autoimmune causes of joint pain...very unlikely though. I don't know your age but if you are >50 it could be routine osteoarthritis.

So much for rude men above mine, but u may just have
old man winters blues....arthiritiz.
Get u a magnet off the refrigerator and put on the joint that hurts.
This will circulate the pain away, sleep in a sleepin bag at night
til all the pain is gone.
The blood work, could just be a money racket.
The blood work would show lack of calcium to build strong bones.
If something swells, elevate it and ice it 20 min.
Keep Ice bottles in freezers(fill an old pepsi bottle)
Try heat also...(hot water)
Use your own instinct, unless emergency
