I wanna know who I should call/talk to if I think I know of some kids that are getting abused. I mean not physically abused, but like their parents dont give them baths, they get ignored, their mom is so damn lazy, that even though her son is old enough to eat solid she gives him milk in a bottle. AND when they act bad, the dad locks them in their room all day and they use the bathroom on themselves ect. Who should I call? Can I remain anonamous?

You do need to report this...who knows what else is going on in that house! I live in Tx too and the place to report is the Department of Family and Protective Services. You can go to their website-www.dfps.state.tx.gov and there is a section about reporting abuse. There is also a phone number to remain anonymous-800-252-5400. All this info is also on
https://www.txabusehotline.org/PublicMain.asp

Please do something, you could save a life.

Call the department of social services in your county. If you are unsure who handles child welfare, then call your police department (non-emergency line) and just ask them where to report child neglect that you have witnessed. Call from a payphone if you really want to remain anonymous. You could even call a church and ask them for advice. Churches usually have this information on hand. Still be sure you report this and keep reporting this. You may be the only ray of hope for those poor children

you call your county child(ren) and youth services center, look in the yellow pages or on line your a local num. or a foster/adoption agency, they can give you a num. This is neglect and what dad is doing is child abuse. you can also remain anonymous. good luck to the kids, what you are doing may be the right thing for them. No child should to be treated this way.

Most states have a 1-800 number that can be found on the front page of most phone books. If not google it and make sure the number is for your state. In most states you dont have to give your name. I would tell them about the father locking them in the room first - that is the strongest(worst) part of the situation.
