That SSI check is in YOUR name, NOT hers. So you should be getting the money.

No, she cannot do that.
The only part of the SSDI she is allowed to keep is the rent portion. Other than that, it's just plain stealing.

yea she is paying the bills ....what do you think ssi is for...for you to blow on candy and pop and porn?.....duh,......i'm sure she is buying groceries and payng the cable paying the rent , the cable , movies ....she is giving you some right?....what do you need money for...i know....but you do live with her
