(aside to your comment: "my parents made me" who made them and so on and so on)

God is All-loving. He created us with Free Will to love or reject Him and continually reaches out to us with His Love, while sadly most of us continually reject Him.

A detailed reading of the Bible would actually show God time and time again acting in mercy towards His people.

But it is foolish to equal all loving with being a "sap". God is also all Just and when we defy His commandments His justice is sure and swift.

It is (and I know this is an over used and poor analogy) just like being a parent. Just because I love my Son does not mean I do not discipline him when he breaks the rules, in fact there is love in teaching children the rules. As so it is with us and God

But He does love us so much that He sent His only begotten Son to redeem us and pay the blood price for all our sins and He will never allow a single one of us to be snatched from His merciful hand

Jesus Christ loves you.He came down to earth and raised from the cross for your salvation. He got victory over sin and death(spiritual) everything as arranged by god for his true love and is prophesied earlier. The holy bible says "For god so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that who ever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life". You can believe this verse. No other says like the god " Test and find me good ".Every man born as sinner(that's a long thing to explain) will die(spiritual) as it is a judgment of god for sinners. If you accept his love he'll change your life I assure

If you ask a question about God, you must believe He exists. You must also believe in Satan. If you do, well, I guess you will have to decide who is responsible for what and live with your decision. Choose carefully. If you want to argue against the existence of someone you know doesn't exist, argue against the existence of Santa Claus. But because he doesn't exist, that would be a waste of time.

The God and Goddess are very loving.

Death is the Goddesses Job but Life is her Gift.
The Lord is Loving and from him all life is possible.

I think it is useful to compare God´s acts of love to how we might demonstrate love to our own children.

Would you punish all your grandchildren through eternity for something your first child did? Adam and Eve.

Would you allow Satan (of your own creation) to deceive and harm your children.

Would you require your children to make animal sacrifices to you? And later have one of your only son tortured and murdered so the rest of the kids would not need to make the animal sacrifices any more?

And then look around you, the deformed babies, the tragic deaths of children, disease and poverty, destructive storms, and traffic accidents.

If this is your God, I think he is not loving.

In a dysfunctional way, perhaps.
From the Bible.
Really, I have no friggin clue--it's all based on interpretation and belief. I certainly HOPE he/she/it is loving. If not, that would explain our world.

yes, he died on the cross for MY (& everyone elses sins)
so that if we believe he (Jesus) is our Lord & savior
we can have an eternal life after our death here on Earth.

I was brought up this way & I believe the words of the bible.

Certainly not from the bible. Atrocity after atrocity does not a loving god make.
