I have not heard of an "amnesty visa" but I would assume they are coming legally either from Cuba or a country which has recently had a terrible disaster, such as a horrible hurricane. The thing is, you dont know if they were allowed to legally work while on that type of visa, and you dont know if they are actually working. mind your own business because INS will only laugh at you when you have no proof for them.

try to get proof and report them! If they lied to get amnesty, what else have they lied about?

I'm with Jenn. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. How does it affect you? Not much I bet, so just leave it alone.

If they lied, they will get caught and they won't be able to become citizens and/or their residency will be revoked.
