This may sound strange to you, but if you really wanted to save people why would you tell them about Jesus? I mean if you just stopped talking about Jesus and the bible, everyone would be saved according to this right?

Where is that in the bible? I've read the bible many times over and never saw that anywhere.
don't get me wrong.. your theory is correct, but I think you have received some bad information there. The bible doesn't say that if you haven't heard the name of Jesus you will be saved.

Are you suggesting that we just be real quiet and pretend that we don't know anything, and then everybody would go to Heaven, because they don't know??? Are you aware that you cannot con God? This is not good advice, dude.
If someone doesn't believe in God, even if they have heard of God, and the end of the world comes, and Christ returns - do you think they will go to hell? Well, they won't. There will be a 1000 year period of teaching before the judgement even occurs. Every person will have the opportunity to learn truth. Just because someone knows about Jesus Christ, doesn't mean they have had an opportunity to learn the truth about Him. In fact, with the tripe taught today, its amazing that there aren't even more athiests out there, to be honest with you.
God is not giving everyone a second chance, its just that with the lies, contradictions, and frankly the bullshit taught today, He knows that alot of people don't have a first chance to learn truth.
So its okay - nobody is gonna get thrown into hell, but if I were some of those preachers who spread the crap that does turn people away from God, well, I'd be real worried. God knows, though, I don't.

I don't think you have ever heard a Christian state to you that anyone who has not heard the name Jesus would be saved. Jesus taught the only way to the Father was through the Son. Does that mean that someone who has not heard the name Jesus will perish? No it is not for us to be the judge of mankind. God is a righteous judge and he will judge who is in heaven and you can be sure that whoever is there is because Christ made a way for them.

lOl, that's nice.

well, i believe Jesus(pbuh) is a prophet and is not God. also i found it wrong that anyone who just accepts Jesus will be saved from every single sin they committed. in Islam every one are held responsible for what they do. and i think this is more right. i also believe that the bible has been changed many times so maybe the 'real' bible was not the same as the one that people read today and maybe it never mentioned anything about this 'saving' thing.

You are right. However, all will be given that opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ and all will have the undeniable opportunity to either accept of deny. Whether in this life or the next. That is why Jesus went and started the work or preaching the gospel to the Spirits who had already died during the three days that He was dead.

No. It is possible for someone to have never heard the name of Jesus to be saved, because in Romans it says that God has left enough evidence in nature to show His glory. Not everyone would be, but those who actively seek to follow God, knock and the door will be opened unto you, seek and you shall find. If someone is truly seeking, God will reveal himself

It's starts and then leads to Jesus. I was saved and then believed in Jesus. When I gave my life to God and didn't even know who Jesus was, but God in his control of things lead me to Jesus and then I believed. So who knows? well God does.

Scripture differs from your post.

Romans 1:18-30 (New Living Translation)

God’s Anger at Sin
18 But God shows his anger from heaven against all sinful, wicked people who suppress the truth by their wickedness.[a] 19 They know the truth about God because he has made it obvious to them. 20 For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.
21 Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn’t worship him as God or even give him thanks. And they began to think up foolish ideas of what God was like. As a result, their minds became dark and confused. 22 Claiming to be wise, they instead became utter fools. 23 And instead of worshiping the glorious, ever-living God, they worshiped idols made to look like mere people and birds and animals and reptiles.

24 So God abandoned them to do whatever shameful things their hearts desired. As a result, they did vile and degrading things with each other’s bodies. 25 They traded the truth about God for a lie. So they worshiped and served the things God created instead of the Creator himself, who is worthy of eternal praise! Amen. 26 That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other. 27 And the men, instead of having normal sexual relations with women, burned with lust for each other. Men did shameful things with other men, and as a result of this sin, they suffered within themselves the penalty they deserved.

28 Since they thought it foolish to acknowledge God, he abandoned them to their foolish thinking and let them do things that should never be done. 29 Their lives became full of every kind of wickedness, sin, greed, hate, envy, murder, quarreling, deception, malicious behavior, and gossip. 30 They are backstabbers, haters of God, insolent, proud, and boastful. They invent new ways of sinning, and they disobey their parents.

I second radical's comment and add to that:

Have the pygmies heard the "gospel"?

Funny, but I think I am going to learn that they have.

Fundies leave no stone unturned.

Personally, it's all a ploy to pay up.

Where did you get that quote from? It is "Anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord SHALL be saved".
