i would suggest you go to IMGFRIEND-USMLE-Residency application tips for IMGs.
it has useful site links which will help you study ecg,pathology slides,hematology slides .

it has even started a free online classroom so that you can read the questions it will be posting as well as study online with your study partner using its live chat interface.I hope that helps.
