No belly button and an extra rib.

There is no "absolute" way of knowing. Even without the belly button, there have always been people born with different physical attributes. I hear it said as the answer, "The belly button," and that always sounds cute in conversation, but not evidence of any kind. PEACE!!!

They did not declare the skeleton to be THE Eve. They named it Eve because scientists have found that through mitochondrial DNA the fact that the rise of modern humans can be traced to a woman in Africa. She was at that time I believe the oldest skeleton of modern human. There have been others found that are older since then. Science changes with knowledge

The "perfectly preserved" body of Eve would be universally verified by its lack of a navel.

Her dna would be the same as adams. For she was created from him and his dna was perfect. And by the way dust has no dna.l

And no navel to boot.
