What's the point of a co-ed dressing room? You might as well change clothes out in the open. You're not keeping yourself private from anyone.
I think they are probably individual dressing rooms that are not designated for men or women. Either can use them, but there won't be "co-ed" in there at the same time.

Co-ed means both male and female. If its a co-ed dressing room it means that both male and female are allowed in the dressing rooms, but in seperate rooms.

Co-ed means that it is shared by both men and female. For example, in university they have co-ed dorms, meaning both guys and girls can live in the same place together. Co-ed dressing rooms simply mean dressing rooms where both guys and girls can change together.
That's kind of strange! I wouldn't feel comfortable undressing around random guy and girls :P
