Can someone suggest a commercially viable design which results in the removal of anthropogenic, atmospheric greenhouse gases so as to contribute materially to the stability of Earth’s climate?

first off, the closest thing there is is the CO2 scrubber, which is very expensive and does nothing but remove CO1 from the air in a small room. Second, there is only 0.01% more CO2 in the air than 150 years ago; and the method used to calculate the planet's mean temperature has a larger percentage of error than scientists have measured the planets temperature has increased!

global warming may not even be happening; and if it is, chances are we have nothing to do with it.

Yes...I have the patent already...it's called SEED (Soak up Earth Exhaust & Debris). You can purchase my invention through Burpee or any neighborhood department store.
