You obviously know nothing about China. There are more Christians in China than in any other country in the world and the numbers are growing every day.

Well, first of all. You're not going to party in hell, because God is not there and anything that is good comes from God, meaning there will be no joy or laughter or hope. But tough question. But this is to assume that they haven't heard of it. There is a big expansion in Christianity in china so they aren't ignorant. Plus there is general revelation through creation (Romans 1:20) That there is a one true God. So even though they haven't heard of Jesus, people will reject a one true creator, and thus it's the same thing. So no one will have an excuse.

Actually most of the Chinese rejected Christianity long before the country was captured by the communists. There has been Christians trying to convert the Chinese from sometimes in the 16th century--if I remember the date correctly. Buddhism arrived from India a lot earlier and Islam arrived later. The moral code of Confucian Analects is actually stricter than the Christian code. Therefore, I don't think they will ever be very far from their concept of heaven or rebirth.

An aside: When we were in Fujian province I was approached by a Chinese Christian. He believed that all Americans were Christians or Jews because that is what he had been taught in missionary school. Draw your own conclusions.

According to the bible, we are told that those who have never heard the Word (of Jesus) will not be judged as harshly as those who heard the Word and openly rejected it. Those who haven't heard are judged by the law that God placed in their hearts, i.e. their own morals and religious beliefs.

Oh, and many in China have been exposed to Christ.

Acts1:8 - But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the farthest parts of the earth.”

The Word of God will spread in that area as well. Why do you think Jesus hasn't returned? Each individual will have to face that fork in the road; Follow God and live, or Satan in die.

A few problems...that's not 1/3 of the world, I'll bet 90% of them know about Christianity, just refuse to believe it, and those who did not ever hear about whichever particular religion is supposed to be the right one, will have an appropriate judgement by God. (and no, I'm not Christian, heard of Christ, but think the Christian religion is inaccurate)

While living in China, I asked this question of my priest. I was told that, indeed, there are few Chinese people in Heaven - only those that had accepted Jesus into their hearts.

That was the first nudge I received in the direction of Atheism. I havent looked back since.

Those who have never heard the name Jesus will be saved.

But before the end times, the Gospel will have been preached all over the world.

(And there are many Christians in China)
