You can't get rid of them for good(if you mean forever) because your pore will always get clogged (your skin is a breathing organ). And I'm sure you apply things on your skin like make-up,moisturizers and etc... These things all get into your pores and even if you were to stop putting them on your skin, your skin still absorbs things from the atmosphere (your environment). So sorry darling, your pores unfortunately will produce blackheads and whiteheads but you can help your skin by getting facials from spas. But make sure you research the spa before you go to make sure the spa is qualified.
Hopes this helps!

Hey I'm almost 19 and I know exactly what you are talking about. I don't have black heads, but I have lotos of other acne. I do have some white heads and yes they are disgusting. There actually are some ways you can pop the whiteheads so that the puss can be released and the whitehead can heal properly. You might want to look into that. However I would highly discourage you from picking any of your acne. I have spent many years carrying on a bad habit of picking at my acne and I have a few scars from that. You don't want scars. I know it's hard, but try to break the habit.
As far as treating the acne, let me tell you...tea tree oil is the best ever. Just to give you an example of how well it works, I have been using it all over my acne for the last couple pf days and my acne (which has seemed impossible to deal with) is actually clearing up. I also had this really big, nasty red zit on the side of my forehead and after using the tea tree oil it's actually going down. I can't believe it. You can buy tea tree oil at Longs, or any health food store. It's really worth it.
Some of my other tips would be: DRINK EIGHT GLASSES OF WATER A DAY!!! And I mean that! Make a habit of it. I have been so bad at doing that, but i'm making a habit of it and i'm seeing changes in my skin. Also watch what you eat. This can make acne better or worse. Stay away from greasy foods. Really watch your diet. I'm taking Vit. A and E pills which are suposed to be really good for the skin and i'm also taking Zinc which is supsosed to detox. Any toxins in your body, are going to come out into your skin, so be careful what you put in your body and make sure your getting rid of things well. You might consider going on a detox program. I'm going to do that pretty soon here. You might want to start taking some pf those pills i listed. They should help your skin. You can get them at any health food store. Also make sure you get lots and lots of fruit and vegatables.
Another important thing. Wash your face. Remove any make-up and if at all possible, cut the make-up completely. ( i mean foundation, powder and concealer) When you wash your face, don't rub it but rather just pat it. When your face gets wet from the shower or from cleaning it, do not towel dry it. Just let it air dry. This will protect the acne.
I'm going to see a deratologist as soon as possible. You may want to do this as well. A dermatologist will be able to examine your acne, and help you deal with it. You really don't want any scarring, and a dermatologist should be able to help prevent that. However if possible I would try to find someone who does alternative medicine. You really don't want to be using any heavy duty drugs.
I hope I have helped...and good luck. You are not alone...many people including myself, are struggling with this never ending battle too.

Take a plastic washing up bowl, fill it half way up with boiling hot water. Let the water cool a little. Place a towel over your head and put your face into the rising steam. This will open the pores in the skin of your face. Hold it there for about 30 seconds - as long as you can anyway. Do not scald yourself. Now dump your face in a pan of ice cold water - literally with ice cubes in it. Then back to the sweat and back to the cold on and off for about half an hour. This will rid your face of most of the build up in your skin. Repeat this treatment every couple of days until you rid you face skin of the problem. Do NOT use soap on your face. Do NOT use any product at all. Just the steam and cold water as described above.

You have the same problem as me. My skin is so dry too. I use Roc cleanser and moisturiser, I also, after my initial cleansing, use witchazel, which I use only on the areas, which are prone to blackheads and whiteheads, mainly the nose, chin and forehead. Its inexpensive to purchase, so you can spend on a really good cleanser. You can buy a combination cleanser and moisturiser, but I have found them not very good.
At your age, its now, that you need to invest in a quality product, you will certainly benefit from it later in your life. Good luck.

Try Biore Pore Cleanser cream. It works like a charm. Gets rid of any infestation bumps to whitehead to blackheads. Try the free trial on it, I'd bet your infests will shrink even before the trial is over. Good luck!!

Clear your pores day and night. Very hot water opens them, so use that when cleansing but make sure that you use cold water to rinse as this will close your pores. My nan gave me this advice years ago and she had amazing skin. I also find those Pore Strips are really good at pulling out blackheads without hurting your skin. Drink lots of water too, that will give you glowy skin.

I used to have a similar problem and tried endless products. The one i have found to have worked with me is Clinique, they have a 3 step programme for all skin types. Their pore minimizer range is great too!
Watching your diet and drikining plenty of water are good tips too. I dont wear makeup and find that when i do my skin worsens. hope this helps!

try drinking more water and eating better, you may be using all the good products on top of the skin but what about what is making and reviving the skin? you are not solving the problem simply correcting it. try to get better sleep too, also make sure that your hands are clean whenever you touch your face. if that does not work then i would go to the doctor and see what they say.goodluck! x
