Not necessarily, but if you're planning on leaving the appliances in the home, if they're still in good condition, they can add to the appeal of your home and may be the tipping point a buyer is looking for when they're making a decision between your home and the next. If you do plan on leaving them, this should also help increase the value a little (not much, mind you since the appliances are used and not expected when purchasing a home, except for the stove/oven/cooktop).

Stainless is popular today but will surely go the way of the green, the harvest gold, etc. Stainless looks sharp but is a pain to keep clean from everyday use unless you wipe it all every day or more often than that. White is timeless and sure you wipe it and clean it but not everyday with a cleaning solvent... mostly a damp cloth. I'd buy white if you're gonna live there longer than 5 years and sell the appliances with the house.

I think stainless steel appliances add value, b''cos they are ideal for cooking, easy to wash, and there wont be any damage , i mean they will not be broken that easily and not only that , their look is so nice.

Options?
__stainless "look" appliances are popular now

even however stainless-metallic home equipment upload different form to a kitchen, they actually do no longer upload up different fee to a house as a results of fact in case you promote or circulate, you are able to continually take them with you. on the different section, skill clientele are often megastar-struck whilst they see S/S home equipment. the actual fee improve will ensue in case you finished redesign the kitchen and improve it a notch extra with the S/S home equipment. in case you have plans to promote in 5 years, then decide for it; in any different case, i might advise you improve basically your range and oven to tournament the hot almond refrigerator which would be a lot extra financial. the significant situation is that all and sundry home equipment have the comparable end so as that a sparkling, uniform seem is performed. solid success and luxuriate on your new domicile!
