Because they are crazy? The attorney cannot do a thing about some hypothetical future situation, and if told otherwise, the person is wasting their money on an unethical attorney.
Sounds like an empty threat to me.
Make your own INFORMED choices on vaccinations. No one can force you to vaccinate. Even schools must make exceptions under certain circumstances.
Be well educated on these issues. You can also pick and choose which vaccines you allow and when it is done. Shop for a good progressive doctor.

It seem to be mandated that children be vaccinated before entering school, some schools will not allow students to enroll without being vaccinated. However, that is not the law...Currently some people assert that childhood vaccination causes some autoimmune disease and mercury derivatives in vaccines cause autism. The person seeking an attorney may for ethical, political, medical safety, religious, and/or other grounds, may wish to protect their unborn child from any invasion of personal rights.
Even to ensure that a vaccination is not given, unknowingly shortly after birth.
No one could say with accuracy why someone would hire an attorney in this situation, all answers would only be speculative, and opinionated.
Your best resource for getting a definitive answer to this question would be to ask the person to whom the inquiry pertains.

that whole question makes no sense. you cannot vaccinate unborn children. and only the parents could hire a lawyer and it's their decision not to vaccinate the child once it gets here.

Because as soon as a baby is born, they vaccinate it against hepititas I believe, and some others that I cant remember. So I would say that getting an order before the baby is born would be in effect before the baby is physically born. I think maybe the parents are worried about the side effects of the shots.
People really should evaluate the definate proportionately positive effects of vaccinations rather than looking at the slim side effects.

You do not vaccinate unborn children, pregnant women should also avoid vaccines. And it is a parent's absolute right to make medical decisions for their child, no exceptions.
There is absolutely no state that does not have expemptions for vaccination to attend school.

Because not getting your child vaccinated can be considered child abuse. Some states have mandates on certain vaccines. Some states may take your child away from you. Some states may appoint a guardian ad litem to represent the interests of the child if a mother announces that she will not get her baby vaccinated. Because the child can't hire their own lawyer, and the person who should be protecting them from diseases and other things clearly is not.
