Depends on how comfortable you are with the woman, I would think. I would start off with asking her does she like something you are doing at the time or telling her that you like something that she is doing at the time. Then later, you can get into the more hardcore stuff. :) Beware though, some women aren't vocal in bed and never will be.

Dirty talk is best when it doesn't sound planned out. The sex has to match the talk, too...sometimes too dirty is just gross and they might not like it. Avoid the C*** word, it's TERRIBLE and will kill the mood...Try to get a feel for your partner's mood too. Some days are just not going to cut it like others. It's as simple as that.
