My little Chihuahua drinks SO much water!!!!!!!!! She pees like every 45 minutes!!! I have to be up at night taking Roxy off of my bed to go potty!!!!! She is constantly waking up to drink water!!! Is this behavior normal of should I be worried??

Yes, I think that worrying a little is a good idea! :( That's not normal/healthy.

She may have a bladder or kidney infection (relatively easy to fix) or diabetes (not so easy), all of which need to be attended to quickly.

She needs to be seen by a vet. Drinking over a reasonable amount of water can be a symptom of kidney problems or diabetes.
