I am recently single after being in a relationship for 6 years and am now trying to get my confidence back. I have been able to get 5 numbers in the past 4 months and a few email contacts. Some of these girls were ok looking and some of them not. I didn't really plan on calling them because I feel I am not ready yet. I feel it is good practice however to test the water. Would you say this is a good stat or do I need to up it a notch!! Thanks

Why even get numbers if you aren't planning on calling anyway? Maybe you should be content with yourself for a little while before you worry about how many phone numbers and emails you can rack up... sorry... I'm not trying to be mean, but it's silly.
Get your confidence back by doing something good or working on a goal and completing it.

pimp its not the numbers you are looking for, its the interaction with women. You should be going out 4 times a week for 4 hours and talk to 12 women, thats 3 women a hour. now its not about getting numbers but getting good at talking to women

not according to my brother who can go out two nights a week and bring home 30 #s in a month. You should try harder, put yourself out there, get crazy. Be real though, you know, yourself, chicks dig that!!!
