After they seize it, they bring it in and mark it as evidence. It is all carefully counted and weighed and locked away. While it is being held, it is allowed to dry. It is held until the trial and appeal period is over and then it is burned in an incinerator.

They burn it alright in there blunts, bongs,pipes,and joints and having those big *** bong fires standing right next to the burning inhaling all that bomb smoke ya know they are getting fucked up laughing about all the plants they found avery time what a job

Yes they do, I used to live in Tuscon and the Border Patrol would do a drug burn every first monday of the month. Trust me, no mistaking what they were burning!

They do burn it...usually in large bails. In Ohio, the Sheriff had to keep people away from the burn site...trying to sneak in a second-hand buzz!

They probably release it to the big time drug dealer who is paying their bills. It helps them to give out more fines that way.

From what I understand they often photograph the find and, yes they do burn it. They don't tell when or where for obvious reasons.
