The atheists keep telling us how we "all" tell them they're going to hell, and how we "all" try to convert them, when in fact, its more them trying to unconvert us. I've never tried to convert anyone, and have no intention of doing so. Our job was to spread the word, it's pretty much done, if they choose to deny Him, that's their free will. They come here basically (there are a few exceptions), to troll, hence all the silly "questions" that ridicule our belief. Those are most likely the mean ones. We have a few whacko fundies here too, so don't get too content that christians are all nice, we have our fair share of idiots, but even they are not usually as bad as the rabid atheists..

One has nothing to do with the other. I know plenty of nice Atheists and plenty of mean Atheists. I know plenty of nice Christians and plenty of mean Christians.
People are people.
The difference between the two is that Christians have accepted God's free gift and are forgiven for that reason alone. Salvation is by God's grace through faith alone. Not by works.
Atheists are people who don't believe that God exists, and therefore have not accepted His free gift.

You must be a Christian who asked something and rec'd some typical atheist hate rants ... this is not representative of all atheists, just a few ignorant rude ones. I'm a Christian and have noticed the same of a few ignorant, rude Christians ... goes both ways.

Not so. Atheists may be mispercieved as mean when they are cussing Christians out for being below par morally and intellectually, and for causing all the problems that following their 2000 year out-dated rulebook.

Yeah, the some of the nicest people I know tell me that I am going to burn for an eternity everyday.
Damn atheists keep bothering such nice, non gossiping around the church community, non snooty, non sinning people, why are the nicest people so persecuted?

christians seem nice because there are demons who believe and tremble just like the Christ said. People seem to be like believers because the use of Christ's name is plurished. There's a Hebrew Human Being named Jesus Christ, and most alot of people use his name just to be saved for greedy for everything is real.

Those of The True Christian Faith are commanded, by God, not to hate. There are some of us who struggle with that...But we try to controle the mortal weakness towards hate.... But atheists are free to hate all they want and to express their hate any way they want.
I will state that i have known many kind and loving athiests. So I do not want to be accused of stereotyping....

Because Atheists don't like to be stepped on. Btw, Christians aren't nice, they only pretend to be. Remember the Christians are the ones who will harass you about their faith.
Try being gay, or having an abortion, and see how nice Christians are. Its all face and it means nothing.
There are fewer Atheists so the Atheists has to be louder and stronger to get their point across or the Christian just walks all over them.
