For kaiten-zushi: the Japan Mi-Ne Sushi outlets. They have a Pak Sha Road shop and a Hennessey Road one. Very fresh, generous portions, and the rice is formed by hand, not machine.

canines are a delicacy and are in many cases eaten in winter as detrimental to snakes that are in many cases eaten in summer time. This has to do with the Yin-Yang-stability. i'm uncertain approximately cats nonetheless. Being a Westerner right here in China I even have eaten canines and snakes on assorted activities. it is the two very tasty and you in basic terms would desire to eliminate the impact that those canines are like pets, they're somewhat bred for being eaten. Even chinese language who've canines as pets won't locate it cruel or unusual in any thank you to have some canines each now and then presented it is not a puppy canines. Hong Kong is China, a minimum of whilst it includes the history, there isn't any clarification why they does no longer consume canines and cats there, the two are chinese language food (as already reported). although, you will in basic terms get this type of meat in case you ask somewhat considering's particularly costly. So do no longer hardship which you order pink meat and that they provide you canines via fact they're out of pink meat, that does no longer be a physically powerful deal for the eating place.

There was a restaurant called Cleveland in CWB - Sichuan cuisine. Best sichuan ever! They closed years ago.
Today; Loong Yuen in the holiday inn, Hunan garden in Exchange Square, Yung Kee.
But let's be honest; you can be blown away with a hkd 20 bowl of wonton noodels and a coooold bottle of San Miguel (or Tsing Tao) beer.
Fine dining and all is fine; but it's only half the story of HKs' food circuit.
