I understand u deeply and whole heartedly want to help the poor people of our country and would like the world bank to finance u for this purpose, but i even expect u to think twice before taking any such suggestion step to the world bank coz first of all u as an individual cannot open up a bank all by urself u need to manage to get sumwhere around 10 more people so as to start up a banking institution as per the RBI Guidelines and on the other hand be in a position to convince the world bank in such a way that u can impress them with this idea!
and before making the poor people rich u have to be very well prepared to make urself poor!!!!!!!!!!
anyways ALL THE VERY BEST for ur plan of opening up the so called JILL JILL BANK, AND COMING DOWN TUMBLING AFTER!!!!!!!

Yes if you have a Jack Like financer , the Jill would get automatically the Loan to start a bank in its own Name as happened in most of the WEST but for Eastern Jill's it is a simple
proposition. finances come through a different unrecognised route.
