1CO 13:1 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.

The spiritual gifts can manifest through anyone our Lord decides to work through at any given moment. It is true that one may operate in a specific gift more dominantly than another. Our Lord can manifest all gifts through whoever He decides and at any time. The spirit filled Christian knows our Lord seeks a willing heart. We should not limit His abilities with our limited thinking.

Matthew 17:20 (New International Version)
20He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

What is the question here? All you have done is quote scripture. Do you have a question about these scriptures? If not, you are not following the guidelines and thus you should be reported for abuse because this is not a question.
