No it's not. There is a small amount of bleaching chemical in most of the toothpastes now (per public demand) and using it too often can create problems with your enamel. Do as dentists recommend and brush twice daily along with flossing. As with anything else, overdoing something, no matter how healthy it should be, is not healthy at all.

No, because it will wear away at the enamel, and some bacteria is good, just brush and floss your teeth 3 times a day and you will be fine.

i brush my teeth twice a day.. coz if iam working i cant bring my toothbrash in the company coz iam working as a private care giver and so much time to go from patient to other patient..lol i guess its enough anyway my teeth still white and shine

brushing too often can irritate the gums causing inflammation and infection. you should brush after meals or at least twice a day unless instructed otherwise by your dentist
