And How do I tell the guy im with now that I was careless with the last guy I was dating and now im having his baby. (and I do know that its the ex's) How do I tell my family? They are going to kill me. It doesnt matter how old I am, they are always going to think im to young. So many people to tell and I dont know how to tell anyone.

Be honest with him. I mean the best thing to do is to tell the truth,. Make sure that you say it with out an attitude or with out raising your voice. Even if he yells at you just try to stay positive and open. Try to answer any questions that he may have.

If it isn't his baby then you don't tell him at all it is none of his damn business. If it is his and I am simply speaking from a typical male point of view he is not going to believe it is his and will only accuse you of cheating on him. Next thing you know your on Jerry Springer and the whole world either finds out that you are the whore he said you were or that he is the dead beat dad you said he was. either way you have an up hill battle on your hands if it is his. You will have to get him to consent to a paternity test as soon as the baby is born and if he is any type of man he will be there to give the child love and support that he/she needs. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck, it is a tough spot to be in by yourself.

You call him up on the phone and say, "Guess what, you're going to be a daddy!"
Then after he cusses you and calls you names, you set a date to meet and to calmly talk about what's going to happen.
When the baby is born you get the DNA test to be sure he is the father, and then you arrange child support and visitation rights through the Attorney General's Office of your state.

first split up,then after some time like 1 mounth tell him that you are having a baby

You tell him flat out. You do not have to maintain a relationship other than raising a child together. It is his and your responsiblity to provide for the child.
