I have a situation when a client has refused me to paid some consulting job I finished 6 months ago. The company is based in Miami and I am not. What can I do to get my money?

You file in small claims court to sue them for the money they owe you. I think you can file in the court where your business is domiciled.

Contact an Attorney in Miami. Foward copies of all your contracts and documentation to them. Let them pursue it in the courts.

file a claim in their local court. if you win the judgement you can file information on their credit report if they still refuse to pay.
