Ok there is a dead guy in a room. The room is 10 feet by 10 feet and 15 feet high. There is nothing but a light, puddle of water, the body and the rope he's hanging from. How did the man do it?

The light is on the ceiling and he can't reach the light since the room is 15 feet high

The rope is hanging from the light bulb I suppose.
He got himself a massive block of ice on which he stood, wrapped the rope around his neck, and then waited until the ice melted thus giving him the desired result (death). So, the puddle of water is because of the melted ice, and the man hung himself by standing on the block of ice and waiting for it to melt.

He tied the rope to the light (assuming its on the ceiling) and then hung himself! hey, you never said that the puddle had to be used!

He stood on a large cube of ice and tied the rope round his neck waitsd for the ice to melt and hung himself when it did !
