This question is only for religious people who accept evolution. If you are a creationist, then please don't answer.
I was wondering, if you beleive in evoluion and in God, when did humans first become aware of God, and how? The whole Adam and Eve story starts out with then knowing about God. But if you believe in evolution, then at what point did God tell humans about his existance? Is this referenced in the bible at all?
Please share your thoughts, I would like to know what people think.

I can in fact exclude people from answering. I'm asking a question about God and evolution. So I only want answers dealing with God and evolution. Usually, when you ask a question, you don't have to say that only people who have something to contribute should answer. But in the R&S section, creationists will still chime in and give answers that don't have anything to do with the question. they just bash evolution. I was trying to avoid this and only get honest answers to my question. But that just ain't going to happen I guess.
