"jews arent going to heaven they dont beleive in Christ "

This is a good example of replacement theology.

All the promises that God made in the bible to the Jewish people still stand. They are his chosen people. They are under his covenant, no matter what. Bibically speaking from a Christian point of view, yes it would be perferred that they believe in Christ. But since they do not that does not mean that they are damned forever.

Many Christians mistakeningly believe that the promises made to the Jews only apply to Christians now. Not so. Go back and read what God has promised to his chosen nation.

There is one heaven, but if you read the last book of the bible it talks about different rewards for Christian believers once they get to heaven. But all are to be with God. You'll be in the same place if you follow Christianity.

The Apostle Peter was married and is the foundation or rock upon which the Catholic Church stands. A vow of chastity, when given freely and truly observed such as that taken by priests and nuns and other religious can be its own blessing because they are dedicating their lives totally to Jesus Christ without having to answer also to a wife or husband. Some are able in cases of conversion after an earlier marriage, but it is rare.

There is only one heaven and still only one way to spend eternity there, no matter your human label.

The Israelites (jews) are the chosen ones in the old testament. This did not mean automatic entry into heaven just by being the chosen ones.

It meant that they were handpicked by God as a people to keep, preserve and teach Gods word, will and way. It was never meant as being that no one else could follow God and his will and his way.
Proof of this in the bible comes in many stories, such as Rahab whom was not a Jew, but is in the line of the Messiah Jesus Christ.

Again, chosen means that they were to protect, keep and teach Gods word to all.

The fact that these very same chosen ones rejected their own Messiah is where the problem comes in for them. There are many Jewish people who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Messiah, beginning with the original apostles and continuing today.

If the man you are marrying is one of these, then you are both headed for the same eternal destination with God.

Just a side note, there is no marriage in heaven, we will be as the angels, neither married , nor given in marriage. That is where the till death do we part comes from in the marriage vows.

If you're honestly that worried about it... Why don't you convert?

I mean if you think about it... as a Christian... Your God is a jew!

Snap out of it!

Well... If it should just so happen that all your fears come true and you are seperated because you didn't convert... At least you'll have the children...

You can both find a lot in common spiritually. Read about "heaven" in the Old Testament. That's where you can have common ground.

ahh.... the biggest flaw with the exclusive nature of religion. it allows the theory that bad people can get in and good people kept out on what is a trivial technicality.

personally, i think anyone who believes they fully understand what it takes to be on gods, good side is arrogant to the extreme. believe what you choose, and god will sort it out in the end.

that said, it is common for married couples to choose one religion, and one converts to it.... primarily for consistency for the children, if they have any.

There are not different heavens. There is only one heaven and only those who accept Christ will be allowed in. You don't say what your faith is, but by the way your question was phrased, I would wager that, at the moment, neither of you are headed to heaven.

Well, if you are the followers of Jesus, both will enjoy eternal life in paradise. Otherwise the other place both will go and meet there is hell. Very real and more so, if one is a believer and the other is not. Then both will end up in separate places.
