and nobody knows about the misery that you feel? You feel that people cannot help you and even your family members are blind to the internal pain.

Listen to a few albums by The Cure, read Hardy's "Jude the Obscure", maybe you could even go goth for a bit. Avoid reading anything by Sylvia Plath.

At the end of the day, though, you can only wallow in your own misery for so long. If you have a job that provides you mental health insurance, talk to a professional. If that's not an option, go find someone to talk to about what you're feeling -- a friend, a religious figure, whomever. You may be right that the people closest to you can't understand what you're going through, so maybe at this point talking to someone detached from your personal situation would be helpful. You may just be clinically depressed through no fault of your own, and need something to help take the edge off.

If that's not the case, though, at the end of the day you're going to have to dig deeply within yourself. You need to realize that your pain is in no way singular or unique. Many people feel rage, and experience real pain like your own. You need to find some sort of release.

I'm not talking about kicking puppies, getting loaded, or wearing out your copy of "The Stranger" every night. You need a real release, one that provides you with perspective and that helps connect you with the world around you. Mope around for a while if you must, but when you're sick and tired of feeling like sh1t, get up and do something. Go volunteer to help someone less fortunate -- volunteer at a homeless shelter, for instance -- and see people really suffering. In addition to helping you connect with someone else, it may help place whatever existential pain you're feeling in perspective when you compare your situation to that of someone for whom just struggling through a normal day is a monumental effort.

You're likely going to get smartass answers from people. Don't take them seriously -- you'll get through this just fine.

Let me tell you something about family members being "blind" to your internal pain. I am SURE they don't know because you haven't told them. So many people expect the people closest to them to just KNOW. How can they? No one can read your mind. You have to talk to them. Now, if everyone tells you that your problems are not that big, you should listen to them. People tend to blow up their own problems so that they seem insurmountable. And they aren't. Everyone has problems--just like you. Yours aren't special.

Talk to your family and get some help.

How are you at writing? Can you write poetry? It's really not such a tricky game to think of words that sound the same (see what I mean) Or maybe you can start a journal. Don't count on other people to listen or even want to listen. You are right no one knows your pain.Family is the worst of critics! Best to write it all down and don't forget to keep your writings away from prying eyes because of more negative remarks from them.

You have to talk through your feelings with a stranger, but one you can trust. I have been where you are and I could only get my answers by trusting someone outside the family. People are there for you. Reach out and let others who know your pain help you.

Don't hold back the tears! Have a good cry, scream, talk out loud, punch the pillows, yell in the mirror, say a long string of curse words, then when you are done, take a long nap. And remember, "The sun will come out tomorrow!"

Well I am not forcing you here. But I have seen at moments like these reading the Holy Quran really helps alot. Read the Quran as if its a message from Allah. Usually the answers to your problems are easily found in that book. Just concentrate when you are reading it. Just think as if The God up above is really talking to you. Tears produced while weeping or crying are due to emotional stress. These tears are commonly associated with negative emotions like physical pain, depression, grief or being hurt. More details and information at http://eye-care.in/tears.html
