dermalogica gentle cream exfoliator. It is in a mask form that you leave on for 10-15 mins. It contains hydroxy acids which do a chemical exfoliation rather that a physical one that thr scrubs do.
Dermalogica is a great brand that dont contain any artificial frangrances or products and everything in the products are useful to the skin. It is widely available if you go to the website it will give you your nearest stockest.
You should also be able to ask for a face mapping at all dermalogica providers which will tell you what products are best for your skin type.

I've just discovered Dermalogica's Cream Exfoliator.
It's really great - no need for scrubbing, just apply a thin layer of cream to your face leave it for 10 mins and then wash off.
It's like a mask really and makes your skin really soft and smooth without scrubbing or overdrying.
You should be able to request a sample from your local Dermalogica provider... otherwise try the website.

The St. Yves Apricot Scrub is great. You can also try St. Yves blemish control scrub (white tube with blue cap). That's the best I've ever tried.

Mary Kay has a microdermabrasion set that is gentle and works very well! I don't sell Mary Kay so I'm not biased in my answer. I get regular microderm treatments and this set works very well in comparison and leaves you with a great glow.
If fights fine lines, refines poors and leaves your skin very smooth - instantly!

if it's for your face I would suggest
Clarins - gentle facial peel (really nice product, ask at the counter how to use this)
or
Neutrogena - Pure glow pads, these are a new product advertised on TV thought I would give them a go. very nice product and very easy to use.

I use apricot scrubs, only a couple times a week. More than that is too much on the skin.

Yes, Am-Lactin body lotion with 12% lactic acid. It's really effective, yet gentle. It comes in a 400gm bottle and is really cheap too!
HTH : )
