Meat, bread crumbs and flavouring... I used to make them when I worked in a butcher!

It depends on the sort of sausage it is,
as Robert S noted. However, some kinds from not good shops, you really do not want to know. I would be cited for a violation for offending everyone if I told all I happen to know....my brother worked in a butcher shop.

In a high quality sausage it is just good cuts of meat and spices and maybe some cheese. In poorer quality links it could be any part of the cow or pig.

It depends on the quality of the sausage but a really good one is a mixture of pork or beef (80%), breadcrumbs, herbs and spices.

decent sausages have meat in them - sausages that come in cans have 'parts' in them - the better the quality the higher the meat content and less 'fillers' that are in them.

Ground meat (pork,beef), binder, spices and water. Casings can be intestines but today they use more artificial casings. And no most reputable places put quality meat in the product not leftovers like most people think.

cheap sausages have eyelids,testicles ,penis, snout and anything else that sounds disgusting,only buy sausages that have no less than 80% pork in them.
