hmm churche are corrupt. they are a way of telling you how to live. people should not live by the church but by their heart, or bible.
furthermore church is not a necessity of christianity, thus - not going will not send you to hell.

Well, I am a Christian and I go to church on a regular basis but I don't like all churches. I have learned from experience that not all who claim to be Christians are. And there are different levels of maturity among believers, so that can make things interesting. Throw in different backgrounds and thinking and it can get quite lively at times! I think the most important aspect of the Church and Christianity is not letting religion get in the way of the relationship with the living Christ. He is real and present in many churches today but too many other ones have been overcome by religious works. Many have gotten so focused on themselves and their religious deeds that they have missed Jesus. This is a real and subtle danger every believer must guard against. But I am so grateful to know my Lord Jesus. Life without Him isn't much of a life! I can't wait to see Him face-to-face someday!!

Churches are like all organizations. Some are good, some are just a way to feel like you belong to something special, some serve a valuable asset to the community, some actually strive toward doing their stated reasons for existence. (to study the word of God). But most seem to just want to make money and impress other people in the community with a Large impressive building.
The new testament "Church" meant we the Christians, not the church building, or the church organizations. When 2 or more Christians meet in the name of Jesus, they are the "church".
In fact, Jesus didn't like church buildings, he said that Satan could easily hide in large religious organizations.
Jesus said to spread the Gospel. I think he meant mouth to mouth, person to person, neighbor to neighbor.

If you look at the Bible, most, almost all, churches are bogus. They are out for the almighty dollar and love gossip. If a person is a true Christian, I am a sister. If they say they are Christian and don't adhere to sound doctrine, they are lost. Saying you are a Christian and even believing you are a Christian just because you attend church, does not make you a Christian. 85% of Americans SAY they are Christian. Key word, say! ooops! That's a misquote. 85% of Americans say they believe in God. So do demons and shudder!

The only church I feel comfortable in is Assemblies of God
and some non denominational ones. The others often follow too many man made traditions.

they do a great job of replacing Christ with Paul--they'd be a lot better if they actually followed the teachings of Christ
