He also likes to casually touch me, like my arm, and my hand, but not in a way that he holds it.
He also teases me, and every class, he always entertains me with jokes and such.
He also always looks in my eyes and listens to what I say.
But when we left class, before he gave me a ride home, he sat down in front of me and called a guy on his cell phone and talked for like 5 minutes, and he noticed (it was really obvious, since I was standing) that I was getting impatient. He was talking about picking him up later, and if the guy was inviting his gf. Was he shy about asking me to go becaue of fear of rejection, or was he trying to chase me away? I find cell phones real rude, especially when someone talks on one while hanging out with a gal.

he maybe shy or in the stage where he is flirting with u but not sure where it will lead. but your right using a cellphone during the time ur hanging with a girl can be rude...but dont let that discourage u =)

i think he's shy. If he seems interested go for it.take the initiative if u r sure he likes you.
