It's gotten to the point where they fight almost everyday and a few times they have had screaming matches. I dont want to complain to anyone but sometimes its at 11 or 12 at night and its really distracting. What can I do?

We have the same problem at our house, we live in a nice neighborhood, but the neighbor across the street are constantly screaming.
I would just call the police department, If you live in an apartment building, it's not like your neighbors will be able to automatically assume that it was you. Call the police. Simplest thing, and hopefully it will teach your neighbors a lesson, and it'll stop all together.
And if that doesn't work, contact the apartment manager or landlord, and say that you want to file an anonymous complaint.

Call the police, hopefully one from each apartment will be hauled off to jail for the evening. Then you can get some rest. You should complain, they are surely not worried or concerned with the feelings of their neighbors. So do something about it or you can just keep dealing with it. I would call the police, they are being disruptive and having situations of obvious domestic violence. Good luck and God bless****

You have several choices:
Do nothing and the problem will continue; discuss the problem with them directly or send them a "pleasantly worded" note letting them know it's a problem; complain to the landlord; call the police and file a noise complaint (or if it's really bad, report a domestic disturbance).

You either complain to the landlord or you deal with it. There is nothing else you can do. No one wants to hear people fighting all the time and you should notify your leasing agent or landlord to inform them of what is going on. That is your right as a tenant. Thank you and good luck.

Do you have a tenants' association? If not, now might be the time to organize one for your floor.... if you know of anyone who does professional conflict resolution or mediation, it might be handy to pull them in-- look for a peaceful resolution to the discord and everyone wins. Could be a very empowering exercise...for everyone.

Well l have two neighbour`s on both sides of me that live like pat racks. and lf l ever try to sell my house lm not gonna be able to. l may have to do something about this. all my one neighbour does is argue with me. but your not alone here.. just tell them to keep the noise down..

call police right away. and u never know if they fighting maybe they would hurt each other so maybe u still can help them away such a problem
