i'm too fat and feel ugly

no dont starve your self because then your body gets used to not eating and then when you do eat then you will just get fatter,just try to do lots of cardio and eat a healthy diet such as fruits and veggies.

No you should not starve yourself?. If you had a child (maybe you already do) and she or he felt the same way you do right now and said they wanted to starve themselves would you encourage it?!?!.

Dont be so hard on yourself, okay your overweight and your not feeling beautiful, so you know you have issues with your self-esteem and weight. Thats the first step, now its just dealing with this in a healthy matter, such as going on a diet plan with excercise, Ive been where you are, who hasnt??. I joined weight watchers and have lost 23 pounds since Dec 15, thats ranging 2 pounds a week which is a healthy loss with exercise of course, its an awesome plan and if you can you should try it out, you can even do it at home!. Theres always an answer other then starving yourself hun and when your losing the extra pounds your self esteem will rise!!! Keep your head up!

No...do not starve yourself.

In doing so you will do the exact opposite of what your trying to achieve.

To lose weight you need proper nutrition and exercise.

Speeding up the metabolic rate can only be done by eating more frequent (healthy) meals that are portioned to give you only your daily intake requirement.

Exercise is important to ensure that your building lean muscle...in doing so the lean muscle will assist in burning fat faster.

The starvation diet, cabbage diets etc. are all poor choices for successful results in weightloss.

Get in touch with a fitness professional either locally or online (qualified fitness professionals like myself offer online/phone coaching as well as in person services) and get an understanding of where you are and they will help you with where you want to go.

Chin up...you now know what to do...no excuses.

Starving yourself will only make you gain weight. If you go 3 days without eating your body goes into starvation mode. The next time you do eat you body will try and turn everything you eat into fat for future use assuming you will be starving later; rather that using it for energy then and there. See your doctor for options and support.

No you will just slow down your metabolism and when you begin to eat again you willl gain all the weight back and more. Just go with eating sensibly and some exercise, you will lose the weight slowly but it will stay off as long as you maintain the new diet and exercise.

You won't lose weight if you starve yourself. You need good nutrition !! I used a programme from a1diet and I lost 21lbs in 6 weeks.

NO! Do, find out what a normal daily calorie intake is for your normal weight, height and activity level. Cut calories by 10% and exercise, heart rate over 120 beats per minute, for five minutes three times per day and make a life style out of this. You will loose weight.

No! Don't do that, because as soon as you give in to yourself, you'll gain it ALL back. If you think that you need to starve yourself, I would suggest that you go to the people that love you the most, and ask them if they would approve? I think that it doesn't matter what people look like on the outside, but what they look like on the inside. ;)

yes. you want to starve yourself so you can become skinny and beautiful? yahhhhh thats not what happens. you will be come consumed with your weight and not care about anything else. then you will slowly kill yourself and if youre lucky you will be admitted into the hospital before you do die. then you get to go to therapy for EVERRR after that and ALWAYS think about food and compare yourself to others and, wow, you will just have a great life. go for it if you want to end up like me.

No. Your body adjusts to starvation and you won't be able to move about and do your normal work. Go on Atkins or Southbeach diet to lose weight. Stop hating yourself. That stress ads to body weight.
