i have a 5yr old yellow lab (male) he says rubber rubber when he hears other dogs, he runs back and forth in the living room til the cats paddle him with their paws (think sorority stuff), spins around 20x before he rolls over(he needs the momentum), dressses up for halloween and falls while walking UP the stairs

Since my 3 1/2 year old coonhound mix was 12 wks old she paws me awake at the sound of my alarm (no training for it just did it on her own.)....It's weird cause that is why I got her was to train her to hear things for me -- I am hearing impaired.

Another thing she does for fun tho....she takes all of her soft toys and runs her teeth up and down them like she is de-fleaing them....It cracks me up!

My dog chews on her leg (not because of fleas) but just because she likes to. It actually looks pretty funny; its like she's eating a drumstick or something. She never hurts herself, and she seems to think its quite fun to eat her leg.

That's not weird, that's dominance, de-sexing doesn't neccessarly stop it.

She's a nautral born leader and you can't change her humping other dogs.

Dogs mount each other to show domination...it's not sexual attraction. It has nothing to do with being male or female...just to show who's boss!!

my 1.5yr. weimeriner gently slides the collar off my 10 yr old lab while he is sleeping, then she shakes it in his face until he gets up to play.
