a card is good- something funny, with a quick note from you saying that you're enjoying the time together, etc.
maybe some movie tickets? keep it light.

Flowers, card and a nice dinner. The card probably shouldn't be too sappy, no "I'll love you forever.", that may scare her off. More like "I'm happy I found you." or just "be my valentine". Flowers are always nice...send them to her work so that her coworkers see it, it will hopefully make her feel good. Plan a nice dinner or better yet, since restuarants are packed this day, make her favorite dish, if you know it, or just ask her what it is and make it for her...doesn't have to be a surprise if your putting forth a good effort to make it special. Also, concentrate on dessert if you can, a Valentine's day dinner should be followed up by something special, and there are some great things out there this time of year with strawberries and chocolate. Sorry, I could go on but hopefully this is a start..good luck my friend, all the best.

I suggest that you choose something special from your first month together. Sort of like a memory of the good times you've had. Also, a classic gift of chocolate and roses makes it special. But be sure to spend a day with her so that it will be special. It doesn't have to be on Valentine's Day but you can say it's for made up time. That way she knows you're thinking of her. Good Luck with your sweetie and have a Happy Valentine's Day.
