windows sound recorder help.............?

I found a website with a song I want .....no hyperlink....won't play on windows media player.....doesn't support file type........can I use windows sound recorder to hear the song..??? If so, what's the first step?? here's the web page.... www.mp3.poo.pl/027.htm
