The only way to dry hair without any actual damage is to let it dry naturally, out of the sun. Even towel drying causes some damage - but every kind of heat damages hair. The more direct the heat, the greater the damage - straighteners being the worst.

IMO best to let the hair dry as naturally as pos. I never use a hairdryer or any heated implement. That also means I don't feel compelled to buy all the chemicals that firms make to combat the effects of them. Good shampoo, good conditioner. Nothing else.

Natural anything is best for your hair.
Processes put stress on it, even healthy hair. Hair drying requires some kind of protectant to minimize damage from the heat.

if your hair is curly it's best to put your product in then leave it to dry naturaly, but if its cut to a style, then blowdry it. Just remember to have at least 2 days a week to leave it naturaly it will give your hair a break from all the pulling and teasing, which will lead to less breakage.

Natural is better for your hair and if you have long hair that doesn't need styled much it's fine. I tend to leave mine to dry naturally then straighten it.

It depends. When you're trying to achieve a hairstyle, then go for the blow dryer. When you're letting your hair look natural, then let it dry naturally.

Air drying is healthier for your hair, but a hair dryer is faster and adds volume. I used to HATE using a hair dryer, now I use one every day. I love it.
I use great shampoos, conditioners, and products, so my hair is as heat protected as hair can be.
