Hi,
I'd advise clip-in hair extensions as they have minimal damage to your hair, also if you don't like them or find it hard to get on with them you can take them out easily. I would advise getting them put in at a reputable hair dressers though so that they can give you the correct information to look after your hair.
Hope this has helped you.
Good luck, Phillipa

Real hair extensions are very expensive, the fake are cheap you can find those in wal-mart but they dont work well, the clip ins from claires are pretty good if you wear your hair up, but down it looks stupid, any type of hair extension is going to ruin your hair though.

Whatever you do try to stay away from bonding hair on to your scalp...not good.... Fake hair these days are really good, if you are not planning to have the style long term then go for fake...the new clip and slide in instant weave is really good dont ruin your own hair at all fake hair from around 12.00 to human hair 30.00 for a good one I have a fake one and it looks real, had it for a while still looks good... quick and easy to do... micro weave is good if you have afro hair or the individual glue in weave like Vicky B has... is supposed to be quite good but very pricey.

I had real hair attached to my hair. It was fun at first, but then drove me crazy because I couldn't wash my scalp properly and I couldn't run my fingers through my hair without them getting caught on the bonds. They cost $1000 (roughly 615 bps) for a full set (your entire head) in the US, but my friend who is a professional stylist did them for $500. I'm don't know how much they cost other places, sorry. I loved the immediate satisfaction, but they were expensive and a bit of a pain.

I had "fusions" put into my hair. I had them for about 6 months, no damage was done---but I have naturally curley hair(they had to perm the extensions before they put them in my hair) so myhair was a little matted by the time I took them out. I loved them, they cost about $700. My friend wears the clip on kind (she swears by them) I have no idea how much they cost. I can tell you that the glue in kind does affect your hair, it breaks it.

girls as young as 4 in India are being forced down and having their heads shaved against their will so people like you can have your precious hair extensions, (no offence to you BTW) i would go for the fake clip in kind. please don't get real hair extensions, trust me, look it up on the Internet what these girls go through.

they are about 60 to 80 bucks for real hair extensions
my girlfriend bought them
what i know is that if you get them glued
your hair will get thinned out and die after they are out
the clip in ones are the best bet
