He kisses you? Why? I mean if he has know feelings then he has no right to. You just got to keep in mind that he might be only doing it for pleasure and not because he likes you. But on the other hand he could have some feelings for you but doesn't want to admit because he thinks it would be awkward if you guys were dating. It seems he just wants to be a friend with benefits.

I don't want to be blunt here, but if he is telling you he doesn't have feelings for you and yet he is still kissing you, then he is trying to seduce you into sex. He probably knows how you feel about him, so he is probably thinking it will not be hard to get you to bed. If he truly had feelings for you, he wouldn't be telling you he didn't. When a guy doesn't have feelings for a girl and yet he is physically affectionate with her, then there is only one thing on his mind, and that is sex.

He's kissing you as a friend. Don't read anything into it. Go find someone that does have feelings for you.

WHAT HE SAID SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING ....
Either he is playing you or there is a reason why he thinks he can't go out with you. Either way it is on him and he needs to make up his mind and stick to it. You need to tell him that YOU DON"T NEED AN EMOTIONAL ROALCOSTER.... MAKE UP HIS MIND CAUSE YOU DON'T NEED IT.... That might get him to think about what HE wants but just know what you want.!!!!

What kind of kiss? peck on the cheek or tounge down the throat? There doesn't have to be love for there to be a desire for sex.

if he says he doesn't like you, I wouldn't let him kiss you anymore, that just leads to heart break for you, find someone that does want you, and kiss them instead
