The question that springs to mind here is what are you going to do if you find him? I think that can only make matters worse I suggest. Clearly you are logged onto a police intelligence database and I suggest you first port of call is a polite, but firm, letter to the local police chief constable expressing your utmost concern over this matter and asking for his specific direction and course of action in the matter. Is this person using your address as a cover? Clearly that is of concern. I honestly think that you need to deal with this matter through official channels, keeping a copy of all correspondence, instead of trying a home-fix on the matter.
Any, it is not you, is it? Why are you so worried ...?

It relies upon on your call and Date of start. in the adventure that your names are all Dan Smith and you're born on 9/12/1987, you would be wonderful. yet once you're names are Adrian Luciferian and you're all born on 6/6/666 BC, then you've have been given yourselves a important difficulty. If the latter is genuine I reccomend you homicide the different 2 and circulate into hiding interior the north-eastern potion of the Ticonderoga Mountain Chain. stable success Mr. Luciferian.

I'm not sure that that sort of information is available for viewing by the general public, the authorities should have a large database of all the details though and should be able to do something, sorry i can't be more helpful and hope the problem gets solved soon x

What are you going to do if you find such a person? If this supposed person has a Police Record his full details,- including his fingerprints, will be on file. If you are being truthful with your question the Police will not continually confuse him with you. If you are so desperate to stop the alleged confusion, sue the police !

are you sure there is such a person and that its not a case of someone cloning your identity. Identity fraud is such a big crime now and most people don't realise that it has happened to them until they get a court letter or the bailiffs knocking on their door.

Sounds like a question to assist in identity fraud. Why would one need such info for any legitimate reason?

Not sure what state you are in but you might be able to look him up by name if he has a criminal record.
