Ok so I am the biggest I have ever been and I hit the mark I NEVER wanted to hit!!! so I have been working out 3 times a week for about 1 1/2 hours each time, then I have been trying to do the weight watchers points plan, and then I have taken all pop out of my diet and have been drinking only Sugar free Cryistal Light and Green Tea and Water for about 4 weeks now and I have GAINED not lost any weight... I am starting to not fit into any of my jeans and I'm NOT getting the next size up!!!
Example of what I eat...
Breakfast... bagel with creamchesse
Lunch... Sandwich, crackers and chesse, sugar free jello or pudding.
Dinner... baked chicken breast, green beans, and baked potato
Snack... popcorn, light butter.
Water, Hot Tea and Cryistal light to drink all day..
When I work out I do 30 min on the tread mill and then I work out on the weights with my arms and abs one day and then my legs and abs the next... then I do 10-15 min on the bike!
What am I doing wrong?

Strange to say, but you may not be eating enough.
You don't have any fruit in your diet. I'd add that in - 5 servings a day.
More veggies is another idea - once again, you need 5, I only count 2.
Depending on the nutrition info on the bagel and sandwich, you may need another serving of meat, or more fiber. Since you are consistantly burning a large number of calories, you need more calories to stay out of starvation mode. Crunch the numbers, count the calories. You probably need at least 1400 a day (1200 if you weren't exercising), and you may be a tad short.
Otherwise, you've got some great habits established, you just need to tweak a couple things.

You need more protein and less carbs. I'm not saying go on the Atkins! That can be dangerous. But protien builds muscle and muscle burns fat. Eat good carbs. And also eat good fat, such as avacado, olive oil, and nuts. Someone said eat more fruits and veggies. YES! And someone else said that muscle weighs more than fat. That is also true. Try not to focus too much on weight and more on inches lost. Good for you for working out!

Hey there,
Maybe you're not doing anything wrong...Maybe you're bulilding more muscle and that's what is taking the extra room in your jeans. I notice that when I go on a long bike ride my shorts are tighter when I end then when I started. Does this mean I got fatter over the ride? No Way! It must mean that my muscles are acting. You know? Don't worry though, you're not alone in the battle.

If you just started out, dont worry. Or if you just started to add weight training dont worry. Muscle is more dense than fat is, so you could be gaining that. Your food may be a little high in calories but it is good with protein. Try to add 10min to each cardio exercise and burn that extra 100 cal. Good luck, stick with it, you sound like you are doing fine.

Though your foods seems not that bad, they are high calorie foods!
When you workout you need to not push it to hard and stay in your target heart rate.
Im doing weight watchers and doing 60 minutes on the bike. I seem to be doing okay.
