I have heard that ancient Greek and late middle and early modern English are the best for this. I have also heard this about Latin, Icelandic and Gaelic. I would especially like to hear from linguists on this but anyone is welcome to thrown in their own ideas.

I think English is..and the reason for that is that our language is made up of a lot of other languages from Latin, to Greek to just about everything else..it is constantly evolving, in that "new words" are invented almost daily...and therefore our spoken and written language is not only colorful, but a "melting pot" if you will, of almost every language on earth...

FRENCH. Why ? Because in French, one is able to express one's ideas and feelings in various of ways. It is not very possible to do the same with other languages, for example with English. This is why French is a very compicated language to learn and to translate into another language.
