I think you twisted everything around, if you need more information go to the geographic channel and you will find more information.people with darker skin tone has melanin in their body, when different tribe from started moving away from Africa, they started moving to a more cooler place, which changes they skin tone and eye, kinda like mutation. people who didn't move from Africa stay darker and that's why most African has dark hair and dark eyes., also people with with darker skin tone benefit from having melanin, because it slows down they age process. and there's a permanent tan. however, African still need Vitamin and we African, the disadvantage of this matter is that the melanin does save african from getting a sun burn.

no, people are the color they are because of the amount of melanin in the skin and hair. yes, you will get darker in the sun, but melanin naturally makes you darker no matter where you are.

there is a skin disorder that causes this. but it has nothing to do with sun exposure.
