I am also under weight.Do not worry about it when I was 19 I weighed less than you. When i reached 50 I put it on so started to walk for miles the weight fell off now I need to put some back on.Its obvious you are naturally thin & bet you have a fast metabalism. My husband keeps saying he wish he could lose the weight like me.He has a slow metabalism & no matter what he has tried the fat sticks.Enjoy being thin your time will come when you have to watch what you eat.So long as your healthy & feel fit.

I have the same problem....I weigh 101 at 16 and i'm 5'2....Its just the fact that you have very fast metabillism....I don't know how you can gain more weight and stay healthy...Cause you don't want to gain weight by eating fatty foods...Just continure eating vegatables, fruits, drinking water, and exercising...Actually exercising can make you gain a couple of pounds because you're burning the fat but adding muscle...When I exercise I gain about two pounds or so....I run for like 2 miles, 3 times a week and do 200 cruches a day...Just remember to stay healthy! I know its stressful being underweight even though others think they would die to be underweight....It is as stressful as being overweight....I guess add alittle more carbs to your diet....Hope I helped somwhat!

Not fair, you are blessed with a super high metabolism. Just eat loads and loads and try not to exercise much - that is all you can do really. Get some opposite to slim fast too, should help.

Stress and over active thyroid could be the cause.

Alcohol, chocolate, cakes, biscuits and pies will increase your weight. Have a pudding after every meal.

If you want to do it in accordance with your GP ask for the weight gain juice or milk shakes, he/she can write a prescription.
