Where do I find rules and application for Virgin Earth Prize?

Today, it was announce that a prize of $35 million was being set up for establishing the technology for reversing climate change. Where do I find the rules and application form for this? 18 years of hard work and just about to go from the lab to scale up. This prize comes at a good time. I can not find anything other than a few news stories.

Say thanks to Sir Richard Branson for this pledge of $25 million

The British billionaire Sir Richard Branson today pledged to commit $3bn (£1.66bn) over the next 10 years to help combat global warming.

Then on Feb 13, 2007:

"The Virgin Earth Challenge will award US$25 million to the individual or group who are able to demonstrate a commercially viable design which will result in the net removal of anthropogenic, atmospheric greenhouse gases each year for at least ten years without countervailing harmful effects. This removal must have long term effects and contribute materially to the stability of the Earth’s climate."

Too late, I've already given away the secret. Global warming is caused by a lack of volcanic activity. Just set off a few volcanoes and you're set. Or wait, and Mother Nature will do it for you.
