First off. There's no reason for you to care that they're calling you fat. The most important thing you should EVER have to worry about in terms of your physique is to ensure you're not inducing health risks. SECONDLY is how you feel about your body. If you ENJOY the way you live, then you shouldn't care what people think. People navigate toward happy people, not slim people. I know plenty of beautiful thin girls who don't know how to get attention besides using their bodies which never NEVER brings satisfication in the end. BE HAPPY!

If you can't control your hunger that's fine. It's hard to change your diet. The NEXT time you get hungry. Eat a turkey sandwich. Eat a turkey hoagie. That has 500 calories and it is completely healthy and yummy and filling. Then you can walk back from town and you'll have lost at least half of those calories. If you keep that up, then you'll be thin in no time. If you need any more weight loss advice or want to talk about those assholes about being fat, feel free to email me. jala731@yahoo.com

Be sure to start wearing sweaters because fast weight loss makes you REALLY COLD for like nearly a freaking month before your body gets used to it!

The important thing is to focus on what you can change and what you feel good about. Tell your kids they will be grounded next time they call you a name - make your home a "zero tolerance for teasing zone” this includes tearing apart mom. Any foul language or disregarding other persons feelings should result in an additional chore like cleaning the tub grout or scrubbing out the food cupboards. You need to feel better about yourself so you don't binge on cakes.
Next step - shop healthier - no fatty or sugary snacks and carry snack size carrots and celery in your purse. If you NEED chocolate buy bakers chocolate and freeze it -break in to small pieces and when you need a fix let 1 small piece melt slowly in your mouth. Don't drink diet beverages. Stick to water, tea, lemon flavored water and no more than 1/2 teaspoon honey.
Go to this site: http://fnic.nal.usda.gov/nal_display/index.php?info_center=4&tax_level=2&tax_subject=256&topic_id=1348&placement_default=0 - choose your pyramid and buy foods right for your cultural and physical activity type. It is important to eat foods you enjoy in order for your diet to work. Join the Y and work out in the pool - the best thing about the Y is everyone is average - no J-lo's insight - so you feel normal.
Don't be so hard on yourself - take practical steps and lose weight slowly - you didn't gain it in 2 weeks why would you be able to lose it in 2 weeks? Be strong and don't let anyone not even your kids tear you apart. I am sure you are beautiful and you need to be sure of it too!

I know where you are coming from. I have been overweight since I was eight years old (19 now). I did get a lot of hate from people for being overweight, even though, unlike most people in my class, I was clean, made sure my hair was never greasy looking, never had acne (don't know how that happened) and made sure my clothes were clean and well kept. However, I know most of the hate was because I was SO big. I'm currently working on fixing it, since I now have pseudotumor cerebri (my being overweight plus a medication I used to take caused my brain to produce too much spinal fluid). Trust me, it gets better. Just keep taking care of yourself, and as my amazing friend always says, "Just do you!" There is only one you out there, and there'll never be another. You'll be okay!

maybe i can help you out...i used to be rather plump myself...and now am, not to toot my own horn, about as perfect as can be...

the wieght you need to lose is not the problem as much as the mindset you have of over eating...

when you excercise your body is gonna be even hungrier than usual...

its not easy to deny that feeling...but really, you have to deny the urge...make apoint of walking like 25-45 minutes a day...or at least 5 days a week...eat not just less, but better food...elminate sugars and cheese and creams...and literally watch yourself loose about 3 pounds a week...at first you will loose more than you will once your body gets used to the new effort...but you will still loose...and if you want to keep shedding wieght at a good steady pace keep upping the anty as far as your walks are concerned...

no doctor needed to verify that walking and eating better is endangering your health...but if your gonna go to the extreme of diet pills or an absorbidant amount of heavy excercising...

good luck!

See a professional physician who can give you better tips on dieting and exercising. Maybe your kids make fun of you because you talk down on yourself. You should show a stronger image for them. I think that if they knew how sad you really feel, they wouldn't tease you, so don't fear that. I myself need to lose a few pounds, but don't hate yourself for who you are.

You can't have both
Which do you want most, cakes or thin?
If you want the cakes, then don't beat yourself up about it.

I'm going for some Dorito's right now

You only let yourself down so next time try to avoid the cake shop.

ummm stop eating 10 cakes and that should do the trick. Move more and eat less is the only weight loss advice anyone needs.
