your hair salon definitelty has it. if not, try beauty supply store. usually you dont need a license.

I don't know much about Joico because my boyfriend doesn't use it... he uses the Got2b Glued products. As for the gel.. it WILL make your hair like cement... no muss and no fuss all day long. It's VERY strong. And I personally LOVE the hairspray fogger. Things to look out for... Regular shampoo wont get the Got2Be glued products out of your hair unless you wash it 4 times. They DO however, sell a Got2B unglued shampoo. I highly suggest buying it if you're going to use the products. The other issue is that if you can't or forget to wash your hair, the Got2B glued products flake while you sleep and end up looking like SERIOUSLY bad dandruff. So make sure you wash it out every night. Hope I helped!

I've found something similar at Sally Beauty Supply, and at speciality cosmetic stores (ulta, sephora.)
Walgreen's had something, it was in a silver can and had a nozzle like wasp spray - it's the bomb. Held my son's 1' tall mohawk in place without using anything else.

Normally any beauty supply house carries that..you might have to have a license to purchase it..or just buy it online
