where do i go when the cops refuse to make reports of crimminels?

cops refuse to let me make report crimminels. refuse to let me go to the station refuse to answer letters refuse to let me phone unles i have only an emergency. when i call a cop in another county that cop well conect phone call to this city cop station who well say i have said i have said that i did not want a cop to come to my house to make any report, & for me to walk to that station to make the rep[ort. when i have never said that.ever. almost to that cop station door i well be confrunted by a cop saying that if i phone the media back about the cops i well be arrested.then when i get in the cop station the cops refuse to talk till all wittnesses that are there trying to do what thay have to do with the cops there are gone. then the cops tell me to go to another station to atempt to report a crime (that crime i was trying to get reported was of another cop that committed a crime on me in the courthouse also when i was being told to leave the courthouse (thieft) )lots of cop thiefts

i have lots of thiefts by lots of relitives neibors & acointices even when in the hospietl the hospitels do not give me back all the things that the hospitel takes away from me when i go into the hospitel when released from it & not anything anyone well do about tose things that are stolen . the state bar refuses to let me ues it, when i phone thay hang up. the da office has been refusing to let me have any apt for over 15 years. da has only forwarded 2 letters of my letters of the illegal tnings thay the cops do to the cop stations. da knows that cops do not write reports of crimminols & refuses to talk to me. 15 years ago the only time i could talk to him i told him how a bugler & his acomplis walked out of jail with my 2 ingraved lighters with my name ingraved on both of them that i did not get my food stamps or the lots of cash back & that the wrinch that the cops returned to me from that buglery was not even my wrinch at all. one bugler even came back & returned me my 2 lighters

the 2 buglers were noy arrested for me in the first place at all. my neibors were the ones that cops arrested them for not me. and neibors are the ones that told me where the cops threw my knilf when thay took it out of the buglers pocket on my pourck when thay made the arrest on the two buglers. the knilf was thrown away obsoly because a knilf is considered a wepon & then more charges would have to be written on the crimminols for that. i cary a pocket knilf & have the legal right to do so but the cops keep steeling my knifs whenever thay arrest me. one night 1:00am if i had not had a knilf probably my neiber would of killed me when she tryed to break into my frount door then break my bedroom window trying to get in saying she was going to kill me & my dogs with no phone a strangrer phoned when cops come thay tefused to say who phoned them & released her in about a hour she has atempted toi run me over many times with her vehicals cops do NOTHING for me no reports for ME.

at the court house i was gtrying to find out where i was sopost to go for a court that i had receaved a peice of paper saying that i was sopost to apear in court for. i was sopost to apear in court for not apearing in court it said. but i still bdo not know what it was that i did not apear in court for. nobody well tell me still. the two court apointed lawyers that were written on that paper that the cops gave my when thay carryed me out of that tiney cell thay always put me in when arrested with no way ov ever contating anyone in the world, no phone call no letter ever sometimes my dog well starve to death cause he was left locked in my resisdence. both lawyers refused to go & told me not to go also. i asked at munisipel court befor i went to the court house to ask there about where to do for that dat court.. told there was none, told to leave courthouse imeatly or be arrested as always that is when cop stoled my money court house is illegal(stull like this aleways)

the fbi i try to talk to the fbi well not talk to me. i payed a investigater one time but he was illegal as everyone else is with me. he toke all my evidence i had & refuses to let me contact him. now i have no evidense that i had at that time. my evidence i have keeps being stoled from my house all the time. i had a $1,000 contract for a contracter to replace my fence around my frount property. only part of fence was replaced 4 months after payment ror work. when i got out of jail that smal part of fence replaced was stolen even the contract was stolen even befor the part of fence was put up. i have no where to go. i can not make a contracter build a fence i pay for it but i can not make him do the work. i pay tax for cops too but i can not make them do there work. i can not ever pay any lawyer. i can not make a court apointed lawyer do his work . i can not do anything. i have no voice for anything. i can not even receave latters for year 2005 when postoffice returnrd to senders

a investigater resently phonrd me and confermed that my unlisted phone number is being used from another address in this town. this is illegal whoever thay are are probably cops & have no right to be doing this. i am doing nothing illegal at all i am trying to get people arrested for cromes that thay do to me. cops that commit crimes or neibers or acoitaces. whoever commits crimes. i need a lawyer never well i be abel to pay for any lawyer. investigations of all the crimes that have happen to me cost so vary much & go up in price constently. every year. i have been on the cops black list and well be there till this city is taken to court. social workers do not know what to do wnen everything requires a lawyer legal aid has to be taken to court. thay have denyed all service always. 2 years ago committed $39.000 worth of crimes with my insurance money when my house was arsened and tell me to take legal aid to court for what thay did. think this is funny. who can do that? how? imposabel..

i do not take illegal drugs. i have made several atempts to make reports of different people that take drugs & even who sell different drugs & even kho has tryed to get me myself to sell there drugs. it does me no good. not a thing is done to the drug traffic. in fact i have been shot at after trying to get cops to do what is required about the people. and nothing was even done about me being shot at either. 7 times i have been shot at in this illegal town people. you yink my situation of theas cops is funny? i am forsed to walk alies to avoid what is hapening in this town. people in this town know that i have to have a lawyer i have no way of getting a lawyer against cops & legal aid with no way of paying.when thay are illegal . i try to help myself no one well get involved with anything thay do not want to have to be put in the same situations or thay can pay to help themsels in there life when thay need a lawyer. i am nothing except a nobody being taken advantage of in every way

I know the perfect place that can help you. Go to your Nearest State Hospital. They have a nice cozy room for you with padded walls so the cops won't bother you or get to you.
And if you get cold they have these really nice longsleeved jackets that tie in the back.

seriously... I agree with all three posters above me. You appear unable to communicate to others without acting all nuts and crazylike. Few people are going to take the time to help you when you are acting like this.

Though my above answer is mean spirited in the course of humor, I seriously think you should look into some sort of therapy or psychiatric help.

You say you know who are drug dealers. Do you think that you can just tell a cop that someone is a drug dealer and he has to go out and arrest that person?
Just because you say so does not make it proof, it is only an accusation. Even if its true and he is a drug deal. A cop has to have proof, not just someones say-so. And when you do not grasp this concept and start making wilder accusations of the cop must be in on it as well you lose all credibility.

I have looked at your previous questions. For the past month or so you have been asking all sorts of questions about getting lawyer help and getting police put in jail and various other legal issues. You have been pretty obsessive about it. Also, your questions are all sort of rambling on kind of things.

I am thinking that you may have been pestering the police department as well with phone calls and visits and complaints. If have been doing this then you have probably made them sick of you by now. This is not a good thing. They may think that you are crazy now. Remember, any of these calls and/or visits can be used against your character in court. If they can show that you have a history of harrassing police officers then it can be used to possibly discredit any testimony you give in court against police officers.

Since you have been asking about a lawyer for more than a month, I am guessing that you have talked to one by now. Did they agree to take your case? What do they have to day about what happened to you? Were you at the courthouse with an attorney? What were you doing at the courthouse? What exactly happened at the courthouse?

I am in general agreement with the two posters above.

Whenever I hear of someone being told not to call the police unless it is an emergency I automatically think that they have made numerous complaints to police, most of which have turned out to be bogus. We have a few of these types in our community and all of them are suffering from some form of mental illness. I'm not saying that you are mentally ill, it's just that your question is so rambling and jumbled, that if you speak like you write there is no way anyone is going to listen to you.

I would suggest you pick a couple of issues that are the most important to you and write them out. Then have someone else proof read them and edit them for grammar and spelling. Let go of stuff that happened years and years ago. Send this letter of complaint to the the chief of police and to the civilian oversight committee (or other police complaint organization) in your area.

As unlikely as this sounds a cop is not legally required to take a report at your request. You are allowed to write your own report and submit it to the police department and District attorney's office.

The district attorney is likely your best chance for a resolution to your problem. I would not expect there to be a large likely-hood of anything happening unless you can provide sufficient proof that something illegal occurred.

We don't need any law enforcement officers who are lazy or cover up for anyone and I a proud to say that they are truly rare, However if you think this is that case then you will need pretty definitive proof or evidence.

Most of the time when this happens both parties have some responsibility in the conflict. If a lawyer refuses a case where he/she could make money, it is because the person wanting to hire them is at fault for a crime as well. You need to examine your actions. If you have done something to bring on what has happened to you, you need to take responsibility for the consequences of your actions. I am below the poverty level as well, but I know my rights and responsibilities. I know better than to do something stupid, then expect to be given restitution because I am poor. Too many people think that society owes them something. Honestly, you sound to me like one of these people. Stand up and take responsibility for your life. Your question is hard to read, but if you are trying to report a bad cop, you need to talk to the district attorney's office.

You need to CAREFULLY document your FACTS, and only FACTS. Most important is not to lose your temper and raise your voice when speaking -- they'll just brand you as a "jerk" and not listen.

Speak only about facts, have everything documented, and explain in a careful, quiet voice what has happened.

You can also talk to the media - police can not arrest you for talking to a reporter if you are only telling FACTS. Lying and making up crap about police that is not true will get you in jail!

See the district attorney - they police the police.
